Silk Road Mountain Race

Following Nick Cooper as he rides across Kyrgyzstan for 1700 kilometres. In a dot-watchers group with Trish and Maggie as we follow his dot on the route map across the mountains. He has made 487 kilometres in 3 days across the most dramatic mountains. His knees are sore, we hear. I’m exhausted just following his progress!
