…it is all that time since the children have been able to visit the house. What a delight it was to have them for a sleepover.
They arrived, found the brick box and made the village they had been making the last time they were here in February 2020. I found it fascinating, connecting back through all that time and all that isolation to an activity they remembered in incredible detail.
Meanwhile we had messages from Anna and Ignacio having a wonderful evening in the revamped Belgrade area of Coventry, eating Brazilian food and having sophisticated gin and tonic in the new Telegraph Bar.
