Colin and the Up the Roaders went for a New Year walk on Newbold Comyn and then we had tea and drawing time in the kitchen. The children’s conversation as they draw is delightful. Unsolicited bits of thought like Ruadan’s “I didn’t know you were my granny till I was about 5.”
And Riona’s “I would like to go to a charity.” Asked to explain, it turned out she meant an aquarium.
